Provide analytical support and assistance in the execution and administration of compensation programs. Consult organization leadership in the appropriate facilitation of the Company's compensation philosophy. Assist with documentation processes in support of all compensation programs.


  • Perform position documentation and analysis.
  • Evaluate positions and make recommendations for competitive pay level and appropriate job level.
  • Assist with the evaluation of FLSA status for all positions.
  • Prepare job descriptions and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with inquiries.
  • Manage compensation programs.
  • Support the administration and execution of annual merit and incentive programs, including accrual calculations, incentive plan payments, and exception processing.
  • Partner with HR to effectively manage the position management process.
  • Assist in the design, development, implementation, and communication of new or revised compensation programs.
  • Perform special projects as requested which could require research and/or analysis.
  • Provide technical expertise in querying, analyzing and presenting compensation data.
  • May assist with Executive Compensation activities.
  • Oversee process documentation.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining documentation processes of all compensation programs.
  • Create and maintain compensation reports, queries and analysis, and maintain compensation data.
  • Complete annual compensation surveys.
  • Prepare all applicable compensation data, conduct benchmarking research as needed, and partner with third-party vendors to complete survey submissions.
  • Assure regulatory compliance of compensation programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of critical business information and compensation data.



  • Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3, Compensation, Data Analysis, Written Communication Skills.
  • Action-oriented, customer-focused, ability to manage conflict, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Detailed oriented, and ability to analyze simple to moderately-complex data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a face-paced, challenging environment.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle and general knowledge of compensation techniques preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, etc), and Powerpoint.
