Overview

Manage the communications calendar for all digital initiatives. Execute test and learn communications plans and provide insights into campaign performance. 

 

Responsibilities

1. Manage customer journey engagement performance

  • Build event triggered campaign series
  • Develop and manage KPI and tagging requirements

2. Support Learning Plan initiatives

  • Convey offer performance
  • Synthesize campaign performance results
  • Lead and analyze test and learn initiatives
  • Conduct industry research and ensure best practice application
  • Develop post campaign analysis framework and reports for stakeholder presentations and review

3. Manage Communications Calendar

  • Ensure business objectives are clearly communicated in a timely manner
  • Coordinate stakeholder approval and asset review
  • Communicate deployment dates, changes and content plan.
  • Report out on performance

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree required; Salesforce certifications highly preferred. 
  • Experience: 2+ years experience in email communication analytics, customer marketing and/or loyalty marketing. Salesforce experience required, CRM experience ideal.
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive plans and results.
  • Strong analytical + organizational skills; ability to use customer data to drive decisions and plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Journey mapping and campaign automation experience (Alterian, Salesforce)
