The Recruiter will play a critical part to ensure the placement of high-performing talent through primarily internal hiring. In partnership with hiring managers and HR Business partners, the Recruiter will source, screen, and identify key internal talent and place selected candidates.



Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans:

  • Work with hiring managers and HRBP on recruiting plans.
  • Create, interpret or edit job descriptions.
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Administrative Duties and Record Keeping:
    • Screen resumes for position requirement alignment.
    • Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate depth of experience and next step in process.
    • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the appropriate systems.
    • Initiate reference and background checks for potential employees.
    • Provide feedback to internal candidates.
    • Prepare offers, extend offers, work through negotiations and send offer packages.
    • Initiate new employee orientation packages.
    • Participate in special projects as assigned.
    • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
  • Assist other Recruiters with External searches as needed.



  • Education: High School + Equiv Exp or Bach/4 Yr Degree
  • Experience: 2, Recruiting, Sourcing, ATS. 2 years prior recruiting sourcing experience preferred.
  • Successful track record in candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
