    Create and maintain Wholesale Dealer and supplier files; Prepare branded and unbranded contracts. Reviewing with Legal contractual terms and conditions.

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Create and maintain Wholesale Dealer and supplier files; Prepare branded and unbranded contracts. Reviewing with Legal contractual terms and conditions

    • Prepare and track Motor Fuel Supply Security Agreements.

    • Work with major oil company representatives, contractors and SEIF personnel in branding and re-imaging dealer locations to ensure full compliance with major programs and maximize the reimbursement funds for SEI Fuels.

    • Maintain tracking sheets to monitor performance vs. estimate.Value of programs exceeds $2 million dollars annually.

    • Prepare, maintain and track lease and branded supply expiration agreements. Insuring timely renewal and compliance with PMPA requirements. Failure to maintain accurate records and notice could result in significant legal penalties for the company

    • Maintain dealer insurance requirements and work with outside agencies to insure compliance with contract terms and reduce exposure to

      risk and lawsuits for SEI Fuels

    • Monitor and coordinate legal filings; UCCs, Deeds of Trust, Memorandum of Contracts and any notice filings that may be required.

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Education: Associates/2 Yr Degree

    • Experience: 2 years contracts and related documents. PMPA preferred not required. 

    • Expert knowledge in legal contracts and related documents.

    • Strong organizational skills- with proficiency in creating tracking systems.

    • Strong interpersonal skills; as position interacts with customers, sales personnel, contractors and suppliers.
