  • Overview

    The primary purpose of this role is to support the mission of the Project Management Office (PMO) by providing project portfolio governance and consulting services to support company initiatives and project/program management processes. The Project Portfolio Analyst reports to the Senior Manager of Portfolio Governance.


    • Consult with functional areas and provide project management advisory services to project teams
    • Provide project management and/or analysis services to functional projects and special initiatives as assigned by the Sr. Manager of Portfolio Governance
    • Support the Project Management Office through continuous improvement activities related to its people, processes, and tools
    • Guide functional projects through the project initiation process, including financial governance
    • Analyze relationships across the SEI project portfolio and assist project teams with management of cross-project dependencies and risks



    • 3-5 years of project management experience
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment across multiple tasks
    • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels across the company
    • Keen attention to detail with superior organizational skills and passion for driving change
    • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 or 365, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
    • Great team player and collaborator with a can-do work ethic
    • Extensive Microsoft Project skills preferred
    • MBA, PMP and/or CAPM certification preferred
