The Compensation Manager will be responsible for providing strategic guidance for the design and execution of compensation programs.
Responsible for managing the development, implementation, and administration of all compensation programs and policies.
Partner with business leaders to align compensation programs with organization goals.
Proactively monitor and evaluate effectiveness of compensation programs, considering industry best practices and emerging trends.
Partner with HRIS, IT and third-party resources to manage and maintain compensation systems, including regular system updates, enhancements, and integration with other internal and propriety systems that interface with compensation systems.
Serve as consultant to HR and business leaders to provide guidance and solutions on a variety of compensation related topics.
Provide leadership to compensation analyst, manage complex projects, and successfully execute core compensation processes, including annual merit planning, salary surveys, and incentive plan management.
Develop communication for compensation strategies, employee pay and incentive plans.
Stay informed of Federal, state, and local laws impacting compensation and ensure compliance.
Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree Experience: 5-7, Compensation, Benchmarking, Data Analysis.
Experience with Compensation-related software applications.
Working knowledge of Oracle.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel modeling and quantitative skills.
Strategic thinking and problem solving analysis.
Excellent communications skills, and comfortable communicating with senior management.
