  • Overview


    The Compensation Manager will be responsible for providing strategic guidance for the design and execution of compensation programs.





    • Responsible for managing the development, implementation, and administration of all compensation programs and policies.
    • Partner with business leaders to align compensation programs with organization goals.
    • Proactively monitor and evaluate effectiveness of compensation programs, considering industry best practices and emerging trends.
    • Partner with HRIS, IT and third-party resources to manage and maintain compensation systems, including regular system updates, enhancements, and integration with other internal and propriety systems that interface with compensation systems.
    • Serve as consultant to HR and business leaders to provide guidance and solutions on a variety of compensation related topics.
    • Provide leadership to compensation analyst, manage complex projects, and successfully execute core compensation processes, including annual merit planning, salary surveys, and incentive plan management.
    • Develop communication for compensation strategies, employee pay and incentive plans.
    • Stay informed of Federal, state, and local laws impacting compensation and ensure compliance.




    • Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree Experience: 5-7, Compensation, Benchmarking, Data Analysis.
    • Experience with Compensation-related software applications.
    • Working knowledge of Oracle.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel modeling and quantitative skills.
    • Strategic thinking and problem solving analysis.
    • Excellent communications skills, and comfortable communicating with senior management.
