  • Overview

     

    Lead go-to-market strategy to launch and support digital products and services. Lead brand positioning, develop customer insights, and leverage CRM to inform customer messaging and communications, oversee promotions and partnerships, guide offer and incentive management.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Target Customer Segments & their journeys. Identify and maintain Customer Segments, develop personas, build their journeys, and derive insights based on observed behavior.
    • Work with CRM data teams to enrich and influence customer segments & insights.
    • Work with CRM to identify opportunities for targeting.
    • Contribute to offers by applying customer lens.
    • Content, activation, test & learn: execute the go-to-market marketing strategy including the product launch plans for the Filed and Stores.
    • Execute consumer insights research on branding and positioning of product, creation of a value proposition.
    • Support briefing of agencies on consumer insights, apply learning, and guide the the planning and production process, PR, promotions and grassroots events, traditional media.
    • Compiles input Digital Marketing by providing strategic input for digital media plan and digital creative development process for overall program: App, Web, CRM/email, SMS, push notification development by the agency
    • Supports Digital Marketing and/or CRM on email, text, ecommerce and with Marketing social teams to enhance and provide segmented marketing messages for the customer through all channels.
    • Ensure messaging as it appears on digital and/or traditional advertising, collateral, website, email, blog, client support materials, and more is based on customer segments & offers.

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
    • Experience: 7-10 years, Product or Customer Marketing and/or loyalty marketing/CRM, Digital marketing, Retail, Technology, Fuels, Mobile App, ECommerce.
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive plans and results.
    • Strong analytical + organizational skills; ability to use customer data to drive decisions and plans.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
