The Dealer Business Specialist is an entry level position with a step up to the Dealer Business Consultant (DBC) position. This position will be responsible for 20-25 dealer locations (vs. typical DBC 35-50 accounts). The individual is also responsible for territory P&L results.
Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
Experience: 2-3 Years, Wholesale Fuels. Team Leader/Project Management skills preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and acquire new skill sets.
Retail experience preferred.
Strong analytical decision making abilities.
In-depth industry knowledge preferred.
