Leverages technical and Oracle expertise to facilitate, formulate solution scope and objectives, and implement technology solutions to meet the organization's business plans and requirements.
Analyzes user requests to determine best practice solutions utilizing existing Oracle PLM and BI systems whenever possible.
Leverages knowledge to suggest best practice configuration changes that enhance business process changes, eliminate inefficiencies, or address possible area of security weaknesses.
Responsible for accurate and reliable outline of requirements and project expectations as well as preliminary impact and cost analysis.
Assists in building business cases and preparing presentation materials for executive review.
Provides support activities for assigned back office accounting and Fresh Foods groups and provides support of Oracle PLM Analytics and BI Reporting application customers concerning functionality needs and enhancements including current system environments as well as future updates or releases.
Application of broader knowledge of Oracle PLM, Analytics, and BI suites and related products as a whole in order to proactively seek opportunities for simplification, application rationalization and synergies across projects.
Assists in enhancing and extending existing Oracle PLM, Analytics, and BI environments and other enterprise tools using standard out of box functionality, and implementing new Oracle PLM, Analytics, and BI modules.
Works closely with business functional areas, external customers, internal resources, and vendors in defining and documenting functional specifications, requirements, business solution design, functional design, MD50's, MD70's, integration test cases and user test cases For development projects, leads small to medium complexity projects, working with internal IT resources and/or IT partners to insure projects meet business requirements, are delivered on time and within budget.
Follows appropriate methodology and standards.
Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree MBA, CAPM, PMP, or PgMP certifications a plus
