  • Overview

    Leverages Business Process Analysis experience with the Enterprise Service tools such as SharePoint to design and implement discrete cross-functional business process automation solutions in the Back Office area.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Works with multiple departments to document and validate current state of cross-functional processes.
    • Defines and documents all dependencies or interactions with each application that supports the candidate cross-functional process.
    • These include manual interactions as well as system interactions behind the scenes.
    • Define and document proposed future state solutions in collaboration with cross-functional
    • business members in a manner that can be understood and validated.
    • Some proof of concept development may be necessary.
    • Document and validate scope and requirements for each initiative and work with IT partners to define functional specifications, system design specifications, and test cases for projects as needed.
    • Drive each project through to completion from design and development through implementation and post-production support.
    • Support the development and implementation of governance models, development standards,
    • architectural principals and support models for this area.

     

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelors/4 Yr Degree SharePoint certifications a plus.

     

    Experience:

    • 5+ years , 3-5 yrs Business Process Design, SharePoint, SOA, stakeholder mgmt.
    • 5-7 yrs minimum related experience in business process design and/or experience implementin user facing SharePoint solutions that improve processes.
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills necessary to document complex processes and the
    • corresponding application touchpoints.
    • .Net, C#, SQL Server, SOA, Enterprise Workflow, Oracle, MS Access, Software/platform upgrade/implementation, Retail Experience a plus.
    • Proven planning, facilitation, mentoring, and influencing skills.
    • Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
    • Collaboration with program/projects in milti department, multicultural, multi vendor environment.
