    This is an exciting time to join 7-Eleven, and our HR team as we are at the forefront of transformation to becoming a digitally enabled company. The Talent Management Program Manager will play a key foundational role in redesigning, developing, executing, and managing a broad range of Talent Management solutions and programs to maximize the success this business transformation. This includes but is not limited to Talent Assessment, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Change Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, and Talent Pipeline Management. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP of Talent Management, bringing strong analytical skills, innovative thinking, and practical program management skills to redesign and drive new and existing talent assessment and management offerings. Teamwork and influencing skills will be needed to partner effectively with key business leaders/stakeholders, HRBPs, both within and across functions to drive meaningful impact and results.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    •  Selection assessment
      • Program management of all selection assessment programs
      • Validation of existing assessment offerings and design of new solutions as needed.
      • Apply advanced analysis and talent data management to inform recommendations for talent decisions
    • Engagement surveys
      • Survey design, development and deployment
      • Design and management of reporting and action planning process
    • Apply talent management expertise balanced with a practical, “roll up your sleeves” approach to deliver solutions that exceed internal customer expectations.
    • Challenge the status quo, constantly raising the bar to innovate, simplify, and maximize the effectiveness of new or existing talent management offerings.
    • Build and own talent assessment solutions from scratch, and upgrade existing offerings, including application of assessment tools to optimize Franchisee selection.
    • Create methods of measuring the overall effectiveness of talent management processes and initiatives to maximize ROI.
    • Play a key role in redesigning the succession planning process.
    • Assessment of talent needs and assignment/management of appropriate coaching resources
    • 360-degree feedback process improvement
    • Hi-potential talent identification and management
    • Play a key role in the redesign of Talent review, Succession planning, and Hi-Potential selection processes, based upon rigorous assessment methodology and best practices.
    • Build systems/methodology to proactively manage movement/placement of internal talent, manage talent pools, and while strengthening the talent pipeline.

     

     

    Qualifications

     Minimum Qualifications:  

    • Substantial experience developing and validating assessment tools and methodologies
    • HR technology solutions experience preferred, including online applicant tracking systems (iCMS), multi-rater feedback systems, and survey tools (Qualtrics) and Oracle HCM.
    • Data analysis using advanced statistical methods and database applications. Knowledge SPSS, Tableau, and MS Access preferred
    • Experience designing and implementing behavioral based interviewing/training
    • Experience developing and managing pulse surveys, engagement surveys, and/or multi-rater (360) assessment processes and programs.
    • Ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve talent and business objectives
    • Effective communication/presentation with people at all levels of the organization from front line leaders to senior executives
    • Knowledge and experience designing and delivering large scale organization talent management and change solutions with demonstrated results.
    • Key skills include superior facilitation, planning and project management, change management, program design and execution, internal consulting, influencing, negotiating, and vendor management.
    • Must be organized, detail oriented, and be able to effectively execute programs in a changing or ambiguous environment with minimal guidance.
    • Must be results focused, flexible, and able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
    • Willingness to quickly draw conclusions, assert positions, and drive solutions at the executive level.
    • Must bring strong analytical abilities and high standards for delivery, while adopting a “hands-on” practical approach, translating complex problems into simple, realistic, solutions that move Talent Management and the business forward.
    • Design, deliver, and manage succession and internal talent movement, with emphasis on automating the collection and reporting of talent data to inform internal talent placement decisions.

    Job Requirements:

    • Masters in I/O, Business, or related field required

    • PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred
    • 5+ years of consulting or corporate experience in Talent Management

    • Some travel to field locations may be required on occasion, with less than 10% travel expected in this role.
