The Talent Management Program Manager will play a key foundational role in redesigning, developing, executing, and managing a broad range of Talent Management solutions and programs to maximize the success this business transformation. This includes but is not limited to Talent Assessment, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Change Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, and Talent Pipeline Management. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP of Talent Management, bringing strong analytical skills, innovative thinking, and practical program management skills to redesign and drive new and existing talent assessment and management offerings. Teamwork and influencing skills will be needed to partner effectively with key business leaders/stakeholders, HRBPs, both within and across functions to drive meaningful impact and results.
Masters in I/O, Business, or related field required
5+ years of consulting or corporate experience in Talent Management
Some travel to field locations may be required on occasion, with less than 10% travel expected in this role.
