Lead and develop Cloud based architecture to support 7-Elevens Digital transformation via coding and consulting on high quality products based AWS, DevOps, Agile concepts by assisting senior management to make technology decision.
Lead and develop IT Archtecture using cloud (AWS, Azure, etc) or SaaS technologies while working with Senior product and IT management.
Research new technologies to support 7-11 Digital transformation vision.
Single handedly develop code to prove concepts to lead into best practices for developers to adopt.
Support development of Digital enterprise while researching opportunities in existing systems in agile work environment .
Consulting on minor projects, product roadmaps that contribute overall vision with a high speed delivery culture.
RMS/ReSA Functional and Technical Lead, with very good understanding of RMS/ReSA Functionalities and Technical aspects (interfaces, batch process etc).
15+ years of relevant experience.
Minimum of two full Oracle Retail suite implementations v13+.
Expert and good working experience in PL/SQL, Pro*C, Unix shell scripts.
Experience in managing full lifecycle Oracle Retail projects – including writing Gap Functional Designs, Impact Analysis, Deployments and Job scheduling.
Understand the business requirement and work with the project team to develop Functional and Technical Design documents
Should be able to create Solution designs.
Review technical designs and RMS/ReSA programs.
Lead development activities from onsite. work with offshore team.
Review the design with all stake holders and get the approvals.
Discuss with Business and product managers on critical design decisions.
Co-Ordinate with multiple teams (Middleware, Infrastructure, 3rd party applications).
Basic understanding of Job cycle impacts and job schedules.
In depth understanding in the areas of data analysis, application integration, software testing, systems analysis and design, systems development, troubleshooting and problem solving on problems of diverse scope and complexity.
