    7-Eleven has a substantial growth plan in the United States targeting to grow it’s nearly 8,500 stores to 10,000 stores by 2019 and 20,000 stores by 2027.  This growth strategy is designed to be close to our customers and meet their ever changing needs.

    In addition to our stores, we are leveraging a digital strategy to redefine the way we meet our customers convenience needs. 

    The Role

    7-Eleven is looking for a customer obsessed, experienced digital marketing leader to drive social, content, and analytics for a fast paced, dynamic digital organization.  



    • Design, plan, and implement a forward thinking integrated digital marketing approach strategy.
    • Lead, drive, and implement strategic priorities of digital content strategy across web and digital presence venues. 
    • Develop and execute a strong GTM strategy that provides effective analytic tracking.
    • Leverage new technologies to optimize content delivery, optimize spend, and maximize message penetration.
    • Builds and executes social media and content strategies in support of business goals.
    • Develop customer engagement strategies that reflect an understanding of customer needs and intent.
    • Effectively leverage digital partnerships and appropriately manage agencies.
    • Provide strategic leadership for:
      • Data analytics
      • Content
      • Digital partnerships
      • Paid media channels





    • 10+ years progressive digital marketing experience.

    • 5+ years of years in a leadership role.

    • Experience driving a team of digital communication, social, web marketing, and digital content professionals.

    • Possess both a strategic mindset and proven execution abilities.

    • Self-starter that builds strong relationships in order to deliver outstanding end-to-end business results with limited resources.

    • A bachelor’s degree and advanced degree in a related field, such as marketing or communication is required.
