  • Overview

    Senior Scrum Master, SAFe Certified professional will be responsible for managing teams that will deploy IT Infrastructure projects on SEI’s On Premise or Cloud platforms.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Delivery Manager and Product Managers.
    • Facilitates all Agile development ceremonies.
    • Works closely with 3rd party vendors to remove blockers, provides clarity for business requirements, manages delivery timeline and organizes sprint demos and presentations.

     

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelors/4 Yr Degree

    Experience:

    • CSM Experience is a must: 5-7 years of Agile methodology-Project management. SAFe experience or certification is highly desirable. 
    • Ensure that the infrastructure upgrade implementation team gets the development / technical support necessary from other internal groups and/or external vendors for the success of the team and the organization.
    • Enable team members for success via the application of scrum/agile methodologies and improve the efficiency of support and development teams.
    • Understand the priorities and interdependencies of past, current and future work to ensure optimal outcomes.
    • Act as the delivery anchor and a point-of-contact to ensure a smooth transition from planning to go-live of all infrastructure projects. This includes program increment and sprint planning, epic/feature scoping, creation and management of product backlog, story grooming and point.
    • Certified Scrum master preferred with strong SAFe agile principles project management background.
    • Experience managing large projects with geographically distributed teams.
    • Should have a good understanding of the Scrum ceremonies and experience in Agile tools.
