  • Overview

    Project Manager responsible for planning, implementing and finalizing projects within scheduled deadlines and within budget. This role will work with the Project Team to ensure that the project is completed according to approved plans.


    Will serve as the driver of communication and organization of all assigned projects; from relaying project statuses across departments and levels, to facilitating meetings and developing project plans. Coordinate with multiple departments for non-traditional store integration. Manage timelines and tasks from contract execution to store opening. Will act as liaison between Corporations and SEI for events relating to contract compliance. Manages integration calls and schedules for both Portfolio BCP and Specialty Stores. Work with stakeholders including marketing & PR to ensure GO event execution.



    • Effective communication and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Experience in leading large-scale projects involving multiple departments that include different hierarchy levels.
    • Ability to navigate through SSC.
    • Thorough understanding of contracts and leases.
    • Ability to develop and manage dashboards and project schedules.



    • 4-year/bachelor’s degree, master’s a plus.


    • 3-5 years of project management, involving construction, engineering/architecture or retail operations.
    • Thorough working knowledge of job costing and time management systems.
    • Knowledge of small box or similar construction methods and materials with an emphasis on job costing and time management.
