    The 7-Eleven Private Brands team is looking for a highly motivated individual to help support the expansion of Private Brands with our International Licensees, Horizon and E-Commerce teams. This individual will own the strategy and process of bringing product platforms and items to these existing sales channels and identify new opportunities for expansion. In addition, this individual would be responsible for special projects identified to help drive the business and look for opportunities to integrate Private Brands across other business platforms. This position also has oversight of the Private Brands P&L. We seek an individual who is motivated by a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment.




    • The Senior Manager’s primary responsibilities will include:

      • Oversight of the product development manager who owns the product development process, leads cross functional teams for product development, marketing and logistics bringing new product concepts to market.
      • Manages Private Brand Analyst Actively who monitors, tracks, and analyzes supplier accruals and accrual invoices, providing weekly summary and detailed reports to leadership team of private brands. Coordinates with development team, accounting and vendors to ensure on time payment of accrual invoices.
      • Creates presentations to update senior leaders on Private Brand initiatives and provides content for Board Decks, EC Reviews, NBLC and other key stakeholder engagements
      • Seeks and identifies opportunities to expand Private Brands to other sales channels and builds relationships with stakeholders to attain cross functional alignment with other teams on new business initiatives
      • Works closely with supplier network, ensuring they have the correct team structure in place to develop, maintain and expand products for 7-Eleven.



    • Bachelors/4 Yr Degree required.


    • 5-7 years of professional work experience required.
    • Retail and/or Manufacturing experience are strongly preferred. Building and nurturing brands a plus.
    • Skilled using marketing metrics, consumer insights and data to drive business decisions.
    • Proven problem-solver.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
    • Time-management skills; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple, competing priorities.
