7-Eleven is looking for an experienced software engineering leader to help drive efforts to digitally enable our enterprise and be a part of an amazing technology transformation with an iconic industry leader. The selected candidate will seek and recruit top talent to build a world class engineering organization and evolve 7-Eleven’s enterprise systems. Specifically, the candidate will lead and drive the modernization of our enterprise systems and build new capabilities across business units and domains using the latest and greatest technologies… This is a great opportunity to drive innovation and evolve mission critical high availability enterprise systems by applying the latest technologies and frameworks. The candidate will report directly to the Vice President, Enterprise Systems.
This leader must have extensive engineering experience with modern technology stack specifically, microservices architecture, cloud technologies primarily
The candidate should also have strong leadership skills and an eye for talent with the ability to attract and recruit top engineering talent, and a track record of successfully leading large-scale technology implementations in retail or related industries.
