About the opportunity


We are looking for a Leadership Development - Program Manager who is passionate about building a holistic, innovative and impactful leadership program to help develop the next generation of 7-Eleven leaders. The Leadership Development Program Manager will own the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of leadership development programs, processes, and initiatives across all levels—from individual contributor to executive. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and excels at translating organizational strategies into actions that help drive results across the organization. This role requires experience designing and developing leadership development programs end-to-end, from conception through implementation. It also requires someone who can effectively communicate and influence senior leaders and multiple stakeholders to gain alignment. Our ideal candidate will have experience developing customized programs in the most effective and efficient way and align to organizational Leadership Principles and goals. You will have the unique and exciting opportunity to develop best-in-class leadership development programs from the ground up for a well-known international brand.

  • Bachelors/4 Year Degree; Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience, Instructional Design, Project Management in a leadership development/facilitation/organizational development role, preferably in a retail/restaurant operations environment.
  • CPLP/CPTD/APTD Instructional Design Certifications (ATD).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving, decision making and financial analysis skills.
  • Leadership skills and team-collaboration mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to support design, development, and delivery to a wide variety of individuals and levels using a blended approach.
  • Some level of experience with graphic design is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Facilitation, Instructional Design, Leadership Development.
  • Excellent computer/technology skills and a predisposition for problem solving.
