THIS POSITION IS OKLAHOMA-BASED AND WILL OVERSEE FOOD CONCEPTS IN MULTIPLE STATES.   The Food Service Field Manager is responsible for the food profitability for all stores in the region. Ability to communicate, identify and design new initiatives to increase sales, work flow, and shrink in restaurant operations. They will work closely with the Regional Director to execute key strategies created by the Director of Restaurant Operations and the Merchandising team. Promote a passion for excellence in the restaurant operations. Demonstrate the ability to implement, direct, and facilitate all sanitation, maintenance and food safety programs. Ability to communicate, identify, and design new initiatives to improve profitability and work flow in restaurant operations. Promote professional growth and development of team members.
