Job Title:         Software Engineer   Location:         Irving, Texas     JOB DUTIES:  Responsible for iOS application development with Swift and Objective-C; participate in design, development, review, testing and releases of iOS applications for iPhone and iPad to drive the digital products; execute full product lifecycle (inception through deprecation) to create reliable and flexible iOS applications bound for the iOS AppStore and retail customer’s devices; collaborate with other engineers, Creative/UX designers, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Architects for new requirements, enhancements and the delivery schedule;interface with API (Application Programming Interface) team for the development of application specific network services and provide a technical point of view on how to grow and improve applications; participate in the creation of design documents that ensure consistency in development across the mobile development team; streamline the process of development and testing; identify potential risks and areas of improvement for best customer experience; analyze crash logs and perform the root cause analysis; keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.   REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressive experience in iOS application development. Experience therein to include 5 years with Objective-C, offline storage, threading and performance tuning, RESTful API development and integration, instrumentation tools, application performance monitoring tools such as Crashlytics or Fabric, network monitoring tools such as Charles Proxy, and REST API development tools such as Postman; 3 years with Swift, product development, developing payment/wallet solutions, creating custom frameworks, reviewing, analyzing and integrating third party SDKs for network chatter, performance, and footprint; and 2 years working with Bluetooth 4.0 and BLE, developing enterprise applications and applications for Watch OS, and publishing apps to Apple App Store, Testflight, and Enterprise App Store.
